Introduction: Acute Leukemia with Mixed Lineage phenotype (MLL) is leukemia that consists of cells characterized by mixed lineage markers, both from myeloid and lymphoid cells. The incidence this only 2-5% all acute leukemias considered to have a poor prognosis.Case Presentation: A seven-year-old girl was diagnosed MLL. results immunophenotyping showed two blast populations the expressions CD33, CD34, HLA-DR, CD117, CD13, CD19, CD10, CD20, CyMPO, Cy CD79a, morphological features Lymphoblastic (ALL) nonLymphocytic (AnLL) on bone marrow aspiration. BCR-ABL examination detected p210 (Major breakpoint), majority which found in chronic (CML) patients. There no definite pathogenesis (MBCR-ABL) patient. can also present 11–29% ALL patients but relatively rare childhood (1%–3%) mostly expresses p190 (minor breakpoint (mBCR-ABL)). transcript 30% adults 20% Philadelphia ALL.
